All these years of experience and work in the area has provided us an in-depth knowledge of each of the 500 micro-plots of land that are worked on individually with a maximum care for their essence and nature. The bodega’s philosophy of carrying out a careful intervention in the winery begins from the moment the grapes ferment to when the wine is finally made, always following natural fermentation procedures without cold stabilisation and very smooth filtering processes, thus pampering the excellent raw material. All the factors that define a terroir -climate, soils, variety and age of the vineyard- are added to the human factor, which is a key element in the making of Dominio de Atauta wines.
