Ismael Sanz, as head of viticulture and Jaime Suárez, as head of oenology, both create a perfect tandem in the entire winemaking process, from the vine to the winery. Both, tightly connected to the D.O. Ribera del Duero from the beginning, share the passion for their job which translates in care and maximum demand in every phase of the winemaking process.
