1. General Information<\/strong>
This document establishes the terms and conditions of reservation and purchase of the different experiences offered by the Atauta Valley through its modalities of visiting the Winery owned by BODEGAS DOMINIO DE ATAUTA, S.L.U. (\u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cAtauta Domain\u201d) and that it offers to you (\u201cUser\u201d), through the website www.dominiodeatauta.com (\u201cWebsite\u201d).
The Company welcomes you and invites you to carefully read the general terms and conditions of purchase on this Website. Given that the Company may modify these general terms and conditions of purchase in the future, we recommend that you visit it periodically to be duly informed of the changes made.
With the aim that the use of the Website conforms to criteria of transparency, clarity and simplicity, you (hereinafter, the \u201cUser\u201d) may inform us of any suggestion, doubt or query regarding these terms and conditions that will be received and attended by contacting Dominio de Atauta through the telephone number +34 975 351 349 or at the email address visita@dominiodeatauta.com from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. . Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included).<\/p>

3. Making Reservations and formalizing the contract<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. Making a reservation<\/strong>
To make a reservation through the Website, the User must do so through the form included in the Website and process the reservation, authorizing its payment using one of the payment methods specified in these terms and contracting conditions.
3.2 Types of Reservation<\/strong>
Dominio de Atauta offers the following visit modalities:
-Atauta Valley Experience that includes:
-Tour through the vineyards of the Atauta Valley
-Visit to the winery
-Tasting of 4 wines
-Private Experience Parajes de Atauta
-Tour through the vineyards of the Atauta Valley
-Visit to the Dominio de Atauta winery
-Tasting of the 4 wines, including 2 wines belonging to the ‘Single Vineyards’ collection of Dominio de Atauta.
In both types of visit you can add a tasting of Artisan Manchego Cheese from Queser\u00eda 1605, extending the duration of the experience (+30 minutes) and its price (____euros).
3.3 Reservation Conditions
3.3.1 Schedules:
From Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 and 16:30;
Sunday and holidays: 11:00 a.m.
3.3.2 Capacity
Visits that take place on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays will require a minimum of 6 people. In the event that the group of 6 people is not completed, Dominio de Atauta reserves the right to cancel the visit and proceed to return the corresponding amount that will be refunded in full, upon written communication to the owner of the Reservation.
Pets are not allowed in the winery facilities as it is a food industry, except for guide dogs.
Minors can attend the visit accompanied by an adult.
3.3.3 Movement during the visit
During the visit, travel through the Winery and vineyards of Dominio de Atauta will be carried out by the Society’s staff and in a vehicle owned by it.
If the User decides to visit the vineyard in their own vehicle, they must notify Dominio de Atauta in advance, with the User ensuring and taking responsibility that their vehicle has sufficient height to avoid irregularities on the road. For the correct development of the visit to the chosen experience, the User must at all times respect the instructions provided by the Company or its staff, taking responsibility and holding the Company harmless ::::::::::::: ::::::. Dominio de Atauta is in no case responsible for any damage that may occur to the User’s own vehicle during the visit or for the actions carried out by the users of the visit.
3.4. Formalization of the contract
Until the moment the Order is Accepted by Dominio de Atauta, by email to the address provided by you, there will be no contractual relationship between you and Dominio de Atauta. In the event that your reservation is not accepted and a charge is made to your account in favor of Dominio de Atauta, the amount will be refunded in full after written communication by the User to Dominio de Atauta at the address email visits@dominiodeatauta.com.
4. Price, taxes, payment methods and security
4.1. Price
DOMINIO DE ATAUTA reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the site without prior notice to Users.
The price of the visits or services offered will be the one stated at all times on the Website, except in the case of obvious error.
