Denomination of origin

Ribera del Duero

Tasting Note

Black cherry colour. This is a strong wine with an intense aroma of black and red ripe forest fruits with hints of tobacco and leather. It has an intense mid-palate, full-bodied, a very present tannin with a granular texture and a ripe forest fruit aftertaste. Long and balanced.

Food Pairing

Perfect pairing with red meet, or beef stew with mushrooms, matured cheeses, and black truffle, very typical from the area of Soria.
