Tasting Note

Inky purple color. It is an intense fragrant wine, displays red and black berries aromas, hints of violets, black pepper and mocha. On the palate, ripe and delicious. It has great freshness and balance with a velvety texture.

Food Pairing

All red and white meats, roast lamb game and risotto with black truffle are an excellent combination. Pasta, paella, roast vegetables, etc.
