Valdegatiles 2010, one of the three Estate wines made in Ribera del Duero by Bodegas Dominio de Atauta, has obtained 96 points in the recently published 2017 Peñin Guide, which will be presented at the Show of Great Wines of Spain in Madrid on October 27. This score places it among the big names of Ribera del Duero, only being surpassed by two wines from this winemaking area.
In its analysis about the key aspects of the year in Ribera del Duero, the guide mentions, as part of the elite of this Denomination of Origin, a few historical bodegas, among of which is Dominio de Atauta.
In addition to the high score obtained by Valdegatiles, all the wines made by the bodega have received yet again scores above 93 points, placing Llanos del Almendro, with 95 points, and La Mala, with 94, among the elite wines of this D.O. Meanwhile, Parada de Atauta and Dominio de Atauta, the wine that gives its name to the bodega, received 93 points.
