A true Reserva from Ribera del Duero. Slightly shy after a long aging in bottle, it needs a moment to start to show the intensity and deepness of its aroma. Complex, ripe black fruit nuances, with sweet spices and aromatic herbs from the scrubland. When you open it it shows a surprising evolution. Fine and elegant wine for special occasions but for its price, for everyday occasions. A must have.
A lot of chocolate and blackberry in the nose. Powerful in the mouth, persistent with a spicy finish. Very tasty.
I was surprised by this wine, light but tasty and perfect to pair with a meal or an appetizer.
